I’m
Summer
Hi there!
A little about me…
-
I'm a coach
I can’t stop thinking about perfectionism and how it hurts us all. I also just really like people, and I’ve built my career around helping and deeply connecting. So I poured all of that passion into Already Good.
Working with me is easy—I’m warm, caring, and real. I laugh a bunch and I’m not afraid of tears. I’m gentle but direct, and I’m just really good at what I do.
You’re invited to join one of my weekly groups or to work with me one-on-one. -
I'm a therapist
I’m a licensed and registered Marriage & Family Therapist and Clinical Art Therapist across three states, with a Master’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. I’ve spent the past ten years digging into the deep psychology and pervasive impact of pathological perfectionism. The tools and frameworks used in Already Good are products of my research and clinical work, and truly cannot be found anywhere else.

I'm an imperfectologist
I do this work because I, myself, am a recovering perfectionist. My story starts with a morally strict & guilt-driven fundamentalist upbringing, undiagnosed ADHD, plus a dash of the weird anxieties you get from being a “gifted & talented” kid. Now—when I’m not helping others win their own perfectionism battles—I spend my time laughing with my family, playing with my dogs, basking in the woods, doing pub trivia with friends, & making weird art.
Imperfectly.

Let’s talk…
No pressure. Just 15 minutes to see if I can help you out.
