Hey perfectionists—
you belong here.
Groups for perfectionists, achievers, and big feelers
There’s a spot for you in
Already Good Groups
I host small, weekly groups where striving, sensitive, over-responsible humans gather for thoughtful conversations, a culture of anti-perfectionism, encouragement & challenge, and a true sense of community.
You have a place here if you:
Overthink everything you say
Feel responsible for other people’s feelings
Swing between over-exerting and shutting down
Eat up self-help tips and insights, but struggle to live it
Want depth, not tips and hacks
Or just want to connect with other people who get it
Group members walk away with less inner urgency and shame spiraling, fresh perspectives, more self-trust and clearer values, and the knowledge that they’re not alone.

Summer facilitates every conversation, ensuring that everyone has space to share and the topics stay relevant. Groups quickly become intimate, insightful spaces for sharing perspectives, asking questions, and getting real feedback. Sometimes Summer provides an educational piece and sometimes we dive deeper into supporting individual members.

No, this isn’t psychotherapy or mental health treatment, and should not be considered a substitute. However, Summer is a licensed therapist and brings ideas and lessons learned over her years of training and experience.

Groups run on two month cycles and recur seasonally, welcoming new and returning members. Get on the wait list for the next group here.
Hear from other Group Members—
“What I appreciate most is how [Summer] holds space: with compassion, clarity, and zero judgment…She has a gift for helping me go deeper—not by pushing, but by inviting.
Working with Summer has made me more self-aware, more aligned, and more capable of showing up in my life the way I want to. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone ready to do meaningful inner work with someone who truly gets it.”
—Kate K.“I participate in one of Summer's weekly groups. First, a facilitator who can manage to maintain a group of creatives for several years has got to have a secret sauce. It is Summer's unique insights, her ability to listen, no HEAR, what people are saying and to parce out the best question to ask that always surprises me…Summer is not just nodding and um-humming. She interacts with deep understanding, compassion and caring enthusiasm.”
— Jan O.“I've been delighted to discover that working with Summer on one aspect of my life has had ripple effects to other parts, as she's helped me gain confidence in building the inner resources (and external supports) to navigate through hard things and move towards my best self.”
