I host small weekly groups where striving, sensitive, over-responsible humans gather for warmth & accountability. These online groups blend gentle structure with space to be real: candid check-ins, tiny goals, encouragement & challenge, and a true sense of community.

Across my work as a therapist and a facilitator & program designer for Pace Groups, Inc (rest in peace), I’ve facilitated over one thousand group sessions. Every group grows into a tiny family. If you’re tired of carrying it all alone, Already Good Groups are the place to set it down every week and let others carry it with you.

  • Groups are reliable weekly events, but occasionally the schedule may fall on a holiday or life may get in the way. If you can’t make your favorite group time—or if group is cancelled for any reason—you’re invited to attend any other time that week.

  • Groups usually have 3 to 7 attendees, plus me as facilitator. We start with a real + honest check-in before diving deep into the topic at hand. Sometimes this is an educational piece from me; sometimes it’s hands-on group support for a particular member.

  • Membership in Already Good Groups is a monthly subscription: $95 a month for unlimited attendance across all available sessions.

  • All groups take place during workweek hours, Eastern Time, as I keep evenings and weekends as sacred time for my family and myself. Click here to see current times.

You’ve tried self-help books, journaling, maybe even therapy. But the shame, burnout, and guilt keep humming in the background. Maybe you don’t know how to rest or have fun anymore, and the only thing longer than your to-do list is your list of self-criticisms.

  • I will hold over missed sessions for one additional month, after which credit will expire.

  • I offer education, guidance, and individualized assignments based on your goals and obstacles. I will adhere loosely to my structural framework but tailor everything to your personal needs.

  • This depends on your needs: I offer a once-a-month or a twice-a-month personal session package.

  • Not therapy, but informed by it: these sessions offer coaching, education, and tools shaped by my 10+ years as a licensed psychotherapist and clinical art therapist.
