The Perfectionism Program
The flagship program for Already Good, this class is a deep dive into what perfectionism is, where it comes from, how it hurts us, and what to do about it. Enrollment also includes the bonus classes Your Body is Already Good and Imperfect Activism: I Want to Do Something but What Can I Actually Do?
Grounded in psychological theory and designed by perfectionism therapist Summer Myers, MFT ATR, the Perfectionism Program is dense and intense. Coursework includes three months of weekly classes with videos, readings, and light homework. Take as a stand-alone class or pair with attendance to Good Groups or 1:1 coaching with Summer to get the most out of your program.
